In 2003 and after several years working in the private financial sector, Paul decided to follow a 30 year family legacy in residential real estate. With a service-oriented, result-driven approach to selling real estate, Paul has grown his own network of friends and clients into one of the largest and most respected real estate offerings in the city. With core values of professional integrity, personal service and a strong sense of enthusiasm, the Nusca name has come to dominate much of the residential real estate market in the west end of Toronto.

In February 2020, global headlines announced that Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices would be coming to Canada. As one of the most recognized and respected brands in the world, Paul was quickly attracted to the exciting ground-level entry with unlimited potential that the opportunity brings. As a firm believer in powerful branding running parallel with a high level of customer service, as well as an awareness that there is an increasing need for a global reach in the world of real estate, Paul announced his and his team’s partnership with the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Ontario brand in July 2020.
